The Pickle Pad provides a combination of online and in-person franchise training to each franchise owner and their general manager. During your time with us in Tallahassee, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to tour an active park and get to know The Pickle Pad\u2019s systems. You\u2019ll also receive training on aspects of the business, like social games, memberships, pickleball, vendors, food service, and bar service. Your Introduction to

You\u2019ll leave training with all the resources and tools a franchisee needs to help their park thrive, including marketing, labor management, and risk mitigation. Prior to opening, you and your staff will be expected to receive a ServSafe certification, and any team member who works with alcohol will need to complete TIPS alcohol training.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Although a great deal of your franchise training will occur in person, many of our courses can be completed online.
