Our financial qualifications are meant to ensure that you’re on the best footing possible as you start growing your business. Rather than looking for specific numbers, we ask that you have access to substantial liquid capital and pass necessary background checks. Although this is not a financial requirement, we ask that you follow through with each step of the application process in a timely manner.
We’re as excited for you to get your park up and running as you are. You can rest assured that our team will work to complete the process as efficiently as possible.
Not necessarily. The Pickle Pad offers both owner-operator and semi-absentee franchise models, franchise owners are not required to live in their territory. Of course, if you’d prefer to take a more hands-on role at your park, we encourage you to live in the territory you develop.
Yes, The Pickle Pad offers both single park and multi-park development agreements.
All new franchise owners are responsible for an initial franchise fee of $45,000 per location, which is payable upon executing the franchise agreement.
The current royalty fee is 6% of gross sales. The marketing contribution could be up to 2% of gross sales towards the brand fund.
Federal and state regulations prohibit us from providing specific projections. The amount of money you make depends on a number of factors, from the location of your park to your personal work ethic. More financial information is available in our franchise disclosure document (FDD).
We’ll be happy to discuss financing options with you during the FDD review portion of our discovery process.
That depends on the number of parks and the size of the site(s) you’re developing. As part of the approval process, we’ll come to a mutual agreement on your development schedule.
During the site selection and buildout phases, we’ll connect you with our network of preferred vendors. Our real estate, construction, architecture, and supply partners are uniquely equipped to work on The Pickle Pad.
