Superior Franchise Training and Support
The Pickle Pad provides a combination of online and in-person franchise training to each franchise owner and their general manager. During your time with us in Tallahassee, you’ll have the opportunity to tour an active park and get to know The Pickle Pad’s systems. You’ll also receive training on aspects of the business, like social games, memberships, pickleball, vendors, food service, and bar service. We’re proud of The Pickle Pad’s strong brand culture, and each franchise owner will be thoroughly immersed in what makes our pickleball franchise unique.
Your Introduction to
The Pickle Pad
You’ll leave training with all the resources and tools a franchisee needs to help their park thrive, including marketing, labor management, and risk mitigation. Prior to opening, you and your staff will be expected to receive a ServSafe certification, and any team member who works with alcohol will need to complete TIPS alcohol training.
Preparing to Launch
After you’ve completed your training, you can anticipate best-in-class resources and ongoing franchise support that will set you up for long-term success. You’ll notice it as early as the site selection and development process, during which time you’ll work with our trusted real estate and architect partners to bring The Pickle Pad to life. As you prepare to open, we’ll be onsite to provide initial training for your team, as well as a dedicated business consultant to make the opening process smooth and seamless.
Once You’ve Opened
Our franchise support doesn’t end after you’ve opened. Throughout the life of your business, you’ll receive valuable marketing support from us, as well as assistance with vendor support and pricing.
